Method

Sprinkle the inside of the *gluten free baguette with a little olive oil, vinegar, oregano and a little seasoning. Layer the lamb, salad veg and feta.

*Many gluten free products can be dry, it is often best to warm them through before filling to get the very best results

1 small gluten free baguette/ciabatta, cut lengthways

sprinkle olive oil and red wine vinegar

pinch dried oregano

handful leftover lamb

few slices red pepper

a few sliceslices tomato

shredded lettuce

3 tbsp crumbled feta chees
