Strawberry ice lollies

Ingredients

300ml/10½fl oz lactose free cream

125g/4oz strawberries, hulled

50g/2oz caster sugar

Freshly ground black pepper

Method

Place the lactose free cream,  strawberries and sugar into a food processor and blend until smooth.

Add a little freshly ground black pepper and pour into ice lolly moulds. Place into the freezer and serve when frozen.
