Low FODMAP Recipe - Turkey & ham salad

Method

Tip the bag of salad onto a large platter.

Prepare cucumber by removing seeds, and then using a peeler, create nice long ribbons.

Cut the turkey and ham into strips and scatter over the top.

Mix together all the dressing ingredients in a small bowl, then drizzle over the salad just before serving..

Ingredients

180g/6oz bag Continental salad

½ cucumber, cut into ribbons

3 slices turkey

3 slices ham

For the dressing

3 tbsp pesto - click here for recipe

1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
